Each PHCCM public housing development has its own unique set of features, yet all enjoy a safe, clean environment. We offer both family and single-resident units in smoke-free buildings. While anyone can apply for subsidized housing, eligibility is based on income, with rent typically reflecting 30% of the applicant’s gross income. For this reason, the PHCCM requests detailed income information on our application and during the review process, however, this information will be kept confidential.
Convenient, Clean, and Safe
Rental units are comfortable, spacious, and are conveniently located in safe neighborhoods that are close to downtown, the library, community center, and banks. Annual updates are performed on each property to ensure the best living conditions. We do allow pets under certain circumstances, and we require occupants to sign a 1-year lease.
